Order Processing Deadlines

 

For Ground-Business or Ground-Home, orders received before 3 pm PST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), will begin to process next day. For Express shipping, orders must be received before 1 pm PST, Monday to Friday (except holidays), in order to begin processing the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.

All orders placed on a business day will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days). Orders placed on the weekend or a holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
 

 

Domestic

 

Covers all contiguous U.S. addresses with the exception of P.O. Boxes, prisons and military addresses (APO/FPO). For orders to P.O. Boxes, prisons, military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, please see the Domestic Extensions section.
 

 

Ground/Standard Delivery:

 

FedEx Ground (4 – 7 business days).

USPS Regular Mail, First-Class Mail Package, Media Mail: No tracking available. No insurance, no replacement for damage or lost shipment. (5 – 10 business days).

Express Delivery: FedEx Express 2nd Day (24 hours for processing + 2 business days).

Express Delivery: FedEx Express 3rd Day (24 hours for processing + 3 business days).

Domestic Extensions:

 

P.O. Boxes, prisons, military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. (5 - 21 days)
